About the Role:
We are seeking a Part Time Assistant Teacher to join our team in the afternoons at Primrose School of Naperville Crossings. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a nurturing and educational environment for young children.
The hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM. (More hours are available if desired.)

Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime and outdoor activities
- Support children with daily routines, including mealtimes, diapering and nap time
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and provide updates on children's progress
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with young children preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass background check and obtain necessary certifications
- Positive and nurturing demeanor with strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and follow directions from lead teacher
